Dr. Ronald Abaro
Ronald Abaro, DDS
"I tell my team every day that we are so blessed to be in a profession that gives back so much. As unique and challenging as the healthcare industry is, I receive so much gratification in helping others alleviate pain and live a healthier lifestyle.
It's not surprising how many people are afraid of dentistry, and it's always due to a bad experience. Unfortunately, it's the patient who continues with pain and deteriorating overall health. Our goal is to help patients by listening to their individual needs and educating them to take control of their condition. So little by little, they can live a higher quality of life...and maintain it!
And if i'm lucky, they'll teach someone else how to achieve that same health and happiness. A little patience, empathy, and encouragement go a very long way in an otherwise scary situation.

Dr. Neel Shah
Dr. Shah earned his DMD from Midwestern University, Illinois after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in psychobiology. Watching his mother treat patients from a very young age, Dr. Shah spent most of his life shadowing his mother, who is now enjoying time off as a retired dentist. “That’s how I found my calling,” he explains.
Completing a rigorous curriculum at the University of California, San Francisco, Dr. Shah graduated from a residency program with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry in June 2017. His ability to combine compassionate care with topnotch technical abilities makes him a perfect fit for Chino Family Dental!
Dr. Shah’s time at dental school included a mission trip. His team provided free care to residents of a village in the Dominican Republic. Due to lack of access to dental and medical care among the residents, he dealt with many restorative and emergency cases, including extractions and fillings.
Dr. Shah is excited to be part of the Chino Family Dental team. “As a doctor, I believe that personalized care is essential to oral health. I knew I wanted to practice at Chino Family Dental when I saw that the team is always dedicated to putting the patient first.” Dr. Shah enjoys playing the drums and tennis in his spare time, and is an avid Lakers fan. A Southern California native, he is an “outdoors type” whose hobbies also include biking, hiking and cooking.
